In this 90-minute session, we’ll write our way through the “five wounds within”—grief, shame, fear, loneliness, and anger. Each wound carries a voice of its own, and together we’ll listen, explore, and create from these hidden places. Through guided prompts and reflective writing, we’ll uncover how these emotions shape our stories and discover the deeper truths they hold. This workshop offers a safe, creative space for honest expression and connection, with writing as the bridge between inner wounds and healing insight.
